“Trans-IT-ion” is a group show curate by Jason Brown as a theoretical discourse expressing the shift of metaphysical post modern art formats and theory, to a much more personal however, universal expression of contemporary issues. “Trans-IT-ion has artist ranging from regional Portland artist to Poland, Boston, Louisiana, New York, and Pittsburgh. With such a wide demographic of young artist through out the United State and abroad it is clear that there is a pull away from the dogma’s of post modern issues, to the growing social, economic, environmental, and political upheaval and the anxiety which we face.
We are excited to welcome the art of Kirsten Lowe-Rebel, Steven Hadley, Alisha McCurdy, Mark Perry, Krystal L. Booth, Ryan Roth, Courtney Cullen, Nathan Lewis, Paul LeRoy Gehres,
Kyle Milne , Bogna Kowalska, Megan Scheminske and Derek Faust.
